What I collect

• When you contact me: your name, email, and whatever you choose to put in the message — plus a phone number and business name if you add them. That's it.
• When you're a client: the information needed to run your site or build your automation, and basic billing details. Card payments are handled by Stripe — I never see or store your full card number.
• Basic server logs (like IP address and timestamp) so the sites I host stay secure and online.

Why I collect it

To reply to you, to do the work you hired me for, to bill correctly, and to keep things running and secure. Nothing else.

What I never do

I don't sell, rent, or trade your information. I don't send marketing spam. I share data only with the services needed to do the job — for example Stripe for payments — and only what they need.

A note on this site

This site loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch it. The contact form sends what you type to my own server. There's no ad tracking and no third-party analytics pixels.

OTM Dealer and Google Business Profile

OTM Dealer, my dealership software, lets a dealership connect its own Google Business Profile. When a dealer clicks Connect Google, I ask Google for permission to manage that Business Profile, and I use it only to:

• list the business locations the signed-in person manages, so they can pick their dealership;
• read that location's reviews (reviewer name and photo, star rating, review text, dates, and any owner reply) and show them to the dealership's staff inside their own OTM Dealer account;
• email the dealership's staff when a new low-star review arrives;
• post an owner reply to a review when someone at the dealership writes or approves it and clicks Post. Nothing is posted automatically.

If someone at the dealership asks for a suggested reply, the review text and the reviewer's name go to my AI provider to write a draft, which the person edits before anything is posted. The provider uses it only to return the draft.

Review data stays in that dealership's own account and is never shown to other dealers. Google's access token is stored encrypted. I don't sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models, and I don't read it myself unless the dealer asks for support, for security, or when the law requires it.

A dealer can disconnect at any time from Settings → Reviews. Disconnecting revokes access at Google and deletes the stored token and the synced reviews. You can also remove access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have any data deleted, email tony@poweredbyotm.com.

Powered by OTM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
