OTM Dealer.

OTM Dealer is dealership management software. I built it to run my own car lot, Auto King in Wisconsin, and it runs there every day. Each dealership gets its own private copy, hosted by Powered by OTM.

What it does

• Inventory: every car from purchase to sale, with photos, reconditioning, pricing, and the dealer's website and listings.
• Customers and leads: one record per person, with texts, email, and follow-ups.
• Deals: the numbers, taxes, fees, and the paperwork.
• The shop: work orders, estimates, and invoices.
• Google reviews: see and answer the dealership's Google reviews without leaving the software.

Connect Google

A dealer can connect their own Google Business Profile from Settings → Reviews. With the dealer's permission, OTM Dealer:

• lists the Business Profile locations the signed-in person manages, so they can pick their dealership;
• reads that location's reviews and shows them to the dealership's own staff;
• emails the staff when a new low-star review comes in;
• posts an owner reply to a review only when someone at the dealership writes or approves it and clicks Post. Nothing is posted automatically.

It never changes the business's information, photos, or other profile settings. Disconnecting removes OTM Dealer's access and deletes the stored reviews. How Google data is handled is spelled out in the privacy policy.
