These are the terms for working with Powered by OTM — Tony Moon's hosting and automation business serving the Chippewa Valley of Wisconsin. Plain English, no surprises. If anything here is unclear, email me and I'll explain it.
Powered by OTM is a sole proprietorship operated by Anthony Huettner (Tony Moon), 3565 Patton St, Eau Claire, WI 54701.
What I do
Two things: I host small-business websites on a monthly plan, and I build automations (scripts, integrations, workflows) as project work. What's included in each is described on the hosting page and agreed in writing before any project starts.
Billing
- Hosting is a recurring monthly subscription. You're billed the same amount each month until you cancel.
- The price is whatever we agreed when you signed up (plans start at $15/month). I'll tell you before any price changes — never a surprise on the card.
- Automation projects are quoted up front, in writing, before work begins. Larger projects may be split into a deposit and a balance.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
Cancelling
No long-term contracts. You can cancel hosting any time — just email me and I'll stop the next charge. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the details.
Your content and your site
Your content is yours. If you leave, I'll hand over your site files and data — no hostage situations. You're responsible for what's published on a site I host, and for using any automation I build within the law and the terms of the services it touches.
Uptime and the honest part
I work hard to keep your site up and your automations running, with backups and monitoring in place. But this is the internet — outages, third-party failures, and acts of god happen. I'm not liable for losses beyond what you paid me, and I don't promise perfection. I promise I'll pick up the phone and fix it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute we can't settle by talking it out will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
