No long contracts, no cancellation fees, no runaround. Here's exactly how it works.
Hosting (monthly)
- Cancel any time. Email tony@poweredbyotm.com and I'll stop the next charge — no form, no phone tree.
- Your plan stays active through the end of the month you've already paid for. Monthly plans aren't prorated for partial months.
- If something was billed in error, or you were charged after you cancelled, tell me and I'll refund it. No argument.
Automation projects
- Projects are quoted and agreed in writing before any work starts.
- If a project requires a deposit, the deposit covers work already done and isn't refundable once I've started — but if I haven't started yet, you get it back in full.
- Not happy with delivered work? Tell me within 14 days of delivery and I'll remedy it or refund the disputed portion. After that, changes fall under regular project work.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
The short version
I'd rather fix the problem than keep money for work you're not happy with. Email me and we'll sort it out like reasonable people.
